Controller
The controller for the ComSer website is Comayti Bilişim Teknolojileri Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. Address: Fındıklı Mah., Serin Sk., No:100/2, 34854 Maltepe / İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact: info@comayti.com.
Information and collection method
The demo form electronically collects your name, company and email, plus your phone number, module preference and message if you choose to provide them. Access and form security may involve processing IP addresses, connection and browser information, and verification results. Do not include sensitive personal data, passwords or payment information in the form.
Purposes and legal grounds
Contact and company details are used to respond to your enquiry and arrange a product introduction; technical data protects the form against abuse. Under Turkish Law No. 6698, these activities rely on Article 5/2-f, legitimate interests in handling enquiries and protecting the site, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Article 5/2-c applies to enquiries directly necessary for forming a contract; Article 5/2-e applies to records needed to establish, exercise or protect a right. Requesting a demo does not subscribe you to advertising.
Recipients and security service
Your enquiry is emailed to the authorised Comayti team. Hosting and email providers may support its transmission and storage. Cloudflare Turnstile on the demo form shares technical security signals with Cloudflare, Inc. for bot checks; the application does not send form contents to Turnstile. Cloudflare’s international infrastructure may process technical data outside Türkiye. The Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains its processing. Information is supplied to competent public authorities only where legally required.
Retention
Form fields are not saved in persistent browser storage. Submitted enquiries are held in the company email system to handle your request and the resulting business relationship. Retention is assessed according to the status of the enquiry, the business relationship and applicable legal obligations. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once its purpose and mandatory retention requirements end. Short-lived session and request-counter records support form security.
Your rights and requests
Article 11 gives rights to learn about processing, purposes and recipients; request correction or legally applicable deletion/destruction and recipient notification; object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Write to the address above with information allowing identity verification, or use a legally recognised request method. You may email info@comayti.com from an address previously supplied and registered with us. Requests are answered within 30 days.
