This policy covers the comser.com.tr marketing website and demo enquiry form. Accounts, customer records and contractual services on comser.app are governed by the relevant service terms.
Your demo enquiry
The information you submit is used to assess your request and contact you. A successful submission does not book an appointment or create a service contract. No marketing subscription is created automatically. This website does not create accounts or accept payments.
Security and access
Form submissions are checked on the server and verified through Cloudflare Turnstile. Request frequency is limited and a session protects the form. Access, hosting and email infrastructure may produce technical logs. No Internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Browser storage
Dismissal of the cookie notice is remembered for 90 days. The demo form uses a security cookie for the browser session. Form contents are not written to local storage. No advertising or visitor analytics tools are included.
